Pilot program registration

The purpose of registration is to collect the details needed for the selected program. For LAPL/PPL applications, TMS prepares a draft student-school agreement using the personal, identification, and training details provided. For OneDayPilot, Time Build, Instructor, or Other profiles, we use the registration to contact you and agree on the details.
Important: submitting the registration does not create an immediate payment obligation. For LAPL/PPL, the draft agreement is not sent by email yet; the generated document is saved to the user profile for admin review.
What data do we ask for?
- personal and contact details,
- home and postal address,
- birth details, nationality, and identification document number,
- emergency contact details,
- weight and height,
- selected program: LAPL, PPL, OneDayPilot, Time Build, Instructor, or Other.
Program and payment
For LAPL or PPL, the system calculates the agreement fees based on the selected training package.
- LAPL: 7,900 EUR with 30 included training flight hours.
- PPL: 11,900 EUR with 45 included training flight hours.
- OneDayPilot: a one-day pilot experience program; timing and details are agreed after registration.
- For LAPL/PPL, the initial payment can be 1,500 or 1,900 EUR.
- For LAPL/PPL, the remaining balance can be paid in 1, 2, or 4 installments.
- Additional practical training beyond the package is 240 EUR / flight hour.
For OneDayPilot, Time Build, Instructor, or Other profiles, payment terms are agreed individually. If you select Other, please briefly describe what you need.
What happens after registration?
- We review the submitted data.
- For LAPL/PPL, the system prepares the draft agreement.
- We contact you to agree on the program details.
- The actual training or program starts after the required administration, coordination, and payment are completed.
Data handling
Your data is used only for processing your registration, preparing the selected program, and the related administration. We do not send spam and do not pass your data to third parties for purposes unrelated to the program.

Program and payment information
- The agreement requires name, contact details, home address, birth details, and identification document number.
- Selected program: LAPL, PPL, OneDayPilot, Time Build, Instructor, or Other; Other requires a short description.
- LAPL training: 7,900 EUR with 30 included training flight hours.
- PPL training: 11,900 EUR with 45 included training flight hours.
- OneDayPilot: a one-day pilot experience program; timing and details are agreed after registration.
- For LAPL/PPL, the initial payment is 1,500 or 1,900 EUR, and the remaining balance can be paid in 1, 2, or 4 installments. For OneDayPilot and individual profiles, payment terms are agreed separately.
- Additional practical training beyond the package is 240 EUR / flight hour.
- The LHBS airport fee is included; fees at other airports are payable separately.
- The package includes 10 hours of simulator use at PandAero’s simulator.
- The registrant confirms with a separate checkbox that they have read and accept the agreement information.
