Pilot training registration

Enter your details and we will prepare your training agreement

The purpose of registration is to collect the data required for training administration and for the student-school agreement. After submission, TMS automatically generates the agreement using the personal, identification, and training details provided.

Important: submitting the registration does not create an immediate payment obligation, and the agreement is not sent by email yet. The generated document is saved to the user profile for admin review.

What data do we ask for?

personal and contact details,
home and postal address,
birth details, nationality, and identification document number,
emergency contact details,
weight and height,
selected profile: LAPL, PPL, Time Build, Instructor, or Other.

Training profile and payment

For LAPL or PPL, the system calculates the agreement fees based on the selected training package.

LAPL: 7,900 EUR with 30 included training flight hours.
PPL: 11,900 EUR with 45 included training flight hours.
For LAPL/PPL, the initial payment can be 1,500 or 1,900 EUR.
The remaining balance can be paid in 1, 2, or 4 installments.
Additional practical training beyond the package is 240 EUR / flight hour.

For Time Build, Instructor, or Other profiles, payment terms are agreed individually. If you select Other, please briefly describe what you need.

What happens after registration?

We review the submitted data.
The system prepares the draft agreement.
We contact you to agree on the next steps.
Training starts after the required administration, coordination, and payment are completed.

Data handling

Your data is used only for training administration, processing your registration, and preparing the agreement. We do not send spam and do not pass your data to third parties for purposes unrelated to training.

Profile type: LAPL, PPL, Time Build, Instructor, or Other; Other requires details.
LAPL training: 7,900 EUR with 30 included training flight hours.
PPL training: 11,900 EUR with 45 included training flight hours.

The LHBS airport fee is included; fees at other airports are payable separately.
The package includes 10 hours of simulator use at PandAero’s simulator.
